The magic starts with the ten digital sensors that monitor all variables during extraction, including water temperature, pressure, flow rate and even the weight of the liquid in the cup with the Acaia scale built into the drip tray below. Integrated Scale
Meticulous is the first home espresso machine with an integrated high-precision scale. Acaia partnered with Acaia to bring its award-winning, café-tested technology to your home.
Start preparing your espresso by weighing the powder directly into the machine. After preparation, the scale works with the flow sensor to know exactly how much water is passing through the coffee and entering the cup, adjusting its flow and stopping the dose to obtain the exact preparation proportion. The scale also allows you to easily prepare the most delicious drinks with weight-controlled recipes and step-by-step guidelines.

Our powerful heating coil around the chamber brings the water to the ideal temperature in about a minute and keeps it there throughout the extraction.

Pressure under control

Instead of boiling water to generate mechanical energy, our 2,000 Newton digital motor pushes water directly over the coffee puck while making over 150 pressure adjustments per second.
